Thank you for using Trybox. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using Trybox. Because it is such an important contract between us and our users, we have tried to make it as clear as possible.

Our Policy:

Welcome to the web site (the “Site”) of Company, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by Company and has been created to provide information about our company and our email, phone, and financial services and related services (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Company’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and Services.


Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It:

We, Airball, Inc. dba Trybox, collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, information that is about you but individually does not personally identify you, and information that we combine with information from our other users. This includes information that we collect directly from you or through automated collection technologies, or through your use of the Service.

Generally

When you register to use the Trybox Services, we collect several types of information from and about users of the Trybox Services, specifically information:

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("Personal Data");
  • that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as traffic data, location data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to our Services, error information, clickstream data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services; and/or
  • about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and usage details.

We collect this information:

  • directly from you when you provide it to us; and
  • automatically as you navigate through the Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

When you use the Trybox Services, we may also collect and process these types of information when you receive or send an email or otherwise use features provided by the Service. You and the other parties you communicate with are in complete control over the specific type of information contained in these messages.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Services are:

  • information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services. This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our service or requesting further services.
  • information that you provide as part of the process of authenticating Trybox and granting it access to your data. This information always includes your email address, and may include additional information such as your name and a profile picture.
  • information that you provide as part of email messages when you use the Trybox Services while composing an email, when you pause, when you schedule an email for later, or when you otherwise interact with features in the Trybox service.
  • records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us, including when you report a problem with the Trybox Services;
  • details of transactions you carry out through our Services and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Services.

The Personal Data we collect from you is required to enter into a contract with Airball, for Airball to perform our obligations under the contract, and to provide you with our products and services. If you refuse to provide such Personal Data or withdraw your consent to our processing of Personal Data, then in some cases we may not be able to enter into the contract or fulfill our obligations to you under it.

You also may provide information to be transmitted to brands who are third parties (collectively, "Brand Communications"). Brand Communications also may include information transmitted to you by brands, such as branded, commercial email messages. Your Brand Communications are transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we use technology to protect your Brand Communications, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of the recipients of your Brand Communications, who may forward them to other third parties or otherwise disclose them. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Brand Communications will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We collect:

  • details of your visits to our Services, specifically traffic data, location data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to our Services, error information, clickstream data, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services;
  • Information about your computer, mobile device, and internet connection, or email, specifically your IP address, mobile device make and model, operating system, and browser type.
  • The information we collect automatically may include Personal Data or we may maintain it or associate it with Personal Data we collect in other ways or receive from you or other third parties. It helps us to provide you with the Trybox Services, improve the Trybox Services, and to deliver a better and more personalized service;
  • store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual interests;
  • recognize you when you return to our Services.

Information We Collect Through Providing You With the Trybox Services

As you use the Trybox Services, we may collect certain information about your Brand Communications. We collect:

  • the contents and header information from the Brand Communications you send and receive through the service. This may vary by the systems used to send and receive information, but header information will generally include at least the senders and recipient's email address, subject line, message size, the date and time the Brand Communications was sent and received by each server used in the delivery, the system name and IP address of each system used in the delivery, and other similar metadata;
  • geolocation data from your mobile device, if you have enabled this feature.
  • responses from the recipients of your Brand Communications, if you have enabled this feature.

The information we collect as a result of your use of the Trybox Services includes any information that may be in the subject line or in the contents of your Brand Communications, which may include Personal Data that you include in it. This information is used to provide you with the Trybox Services and allows us to analyze the content of your email to provide you with more relevant or valuable Brand Communications.

Limited Use Disclosure

Trybox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data

Trybox will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings, Gmail labels, and Gmail filters to provide a mobile email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails.

If you provide the Trybox access to your Google data, our use of your Google data is limited in the following ways:

  • We only collect the data required to provide or improve features of the Trybox Services that you can see and that are shown in the user interface of the Services
  • We will only transfer the information to: (a) provide or improve features that you can see and that are shown in the user interface of the Services, with your consent; (b) provide security (for example, investigating abuse); comply with applicable laws; or, (d) complete a merger, acquisition, or sale of Airball’s assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent.
  • We do not let humans read the information we collect from you unless: (a) you give us affirmative permission to view specific messages, files, or other data; (b) it is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating a bug or abuse); (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data (including derivations) is aggregated and used for our internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other legal requirements.
  • This means that we do not make any other transfers, uses, or sales of your data, including: (a) no transferring or selling your data to third parties like advertising platforms, data brokers, or any information resellers; (b) no transferring, selling, or using user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising; no (c) transferring, selling, or using user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

Use of Twitter and Twitter data:

Twitter user data and data obtained from Twitter is accessed via the Twitter API from a hosted server. The API is used to authenticate you and verify your association with your data upon subsequent logins to the website and other Trybox applications, such as the mobile application.


Other Information:

Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Company through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Company may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Company affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

In operating the Services, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze Services usage more accurately. For instance, our Site may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Services without needing to remember and then enter a password more than once during a visit to the Site. In all cases in which we use cookies, we will not collect Personal Data except with your permission. On most web browsers, you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. Company uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information:

Company is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Exclusions:

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Company other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Company through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new campaigns or modifications to existing campaigns, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Company shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.


Children:

Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Company through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


Links to Other Web Sites:

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by Company (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that Company endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.


Security:

Company takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to Company via the Internet.
